Program terms for the Reliable Oilfield Services Job Updates SMS notifications. Plain language, no fine print: what we send, how often, how to stop, and who to call if you need help.

Program name

Reliable Oilfield Services Job Updates(the “Program”), operated by Reliable O&G Services LLC, doing business as Reliable Oilfield Services (“Reliable Oilfield Services,” “we,” “us”).

Program description

The Program sends transactional service notifications to the designated contacts of Reliable Oilfield Services customers regarding active service jobs. Notifications fall into three categories:

  • Dispatch alerts— when a technician heads to the customer's site, with a live tracking link.
  • Job-completion confirmations— when work at the customer's site is finished.
  • Parts-pending updates — when work cannot be completed in one visit, with a list of parts being ordered and an estimated return date.

The Program is transactional and service-related only. It is not a marketing, promotional, or advertising program.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by job activity. A typical active service job generates 1 to 5 messages over its lifetime. Customers with no active jobs receive no messages.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Reliable Oilfield Services does not charge for the messages themselves; however, your mobile carrier may apply standard message and data rates based on your wireless plan. Contact your carrier with questions about your plan.

How to opt in

Designated customer contacts opt in through a documented conversation with a Reliable Oilfield Services administrator. The administrator confirms with the contact that they consent to receiving SMS service notifications, then records that consent in our internal customer-relationship management system along with the date, time, and the administrator's identifier. No public web-form, web-page, or text-in opt-in mechanism is used; consent is captured exclusively through direct two-way communication.

How to opt out — STOP

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from the Program. After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and no further Program messages will be sent to your number. To rejoin the Program later, contact a Reliable Oilfield Services administrator by phone or email.

How to get help — HELP

You can request help at any time by replying HELP to any message you receive from the Program. You will receive a reply that includes our support contact information. You can also reach us at any time using the contact information below.

Carrier disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is provided on a best-effort basis and depends on factors outside our control.

Eligibility

The Program is intended for designated business contacts of Reliable Oilfield Services customers in the United States. You must be 18 years or older to receive messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are an authorized recipient at your organization and that the mobile number you provided belongs to you or is one you are authorized to receive messages on.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and consent records collected for the Program are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, lease, or share Program contact information with third parties for marketing purposes. SMS opt-in data is shared only with the SMS delivery provider (Twilio) for the sole purpose of transmitting Program messages.

Changes to these terms

We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated “Last updated” date at the top of this page. If we make a change that materially affects your participation in the Program, we will notify enrolled contacts by SMS before the change takes effect.
