Heater Treater Quick-Connect.
Set it. Connect it. Light it.

A complete BMS and fuel train on one welded stand — shop-built, pressure-tested, and ready to set in days, not weeks. Direct replacement for a Platinum 600, plug-and-play swap for Profire. Runs on facility 12–24 V DC or a solar package we build in-house.

ROS heater treater quick-connect unit — BMS enclosure with touchscreen and complete gas train on a welded steel stand
The complete unit — controller, touchscreen, and gas train on one stand

One skid. Everything on it.

Every quick-connect unit ships as a complete, tested package — the controller and the entire gas train, plumbed on one frame, ready to connect. The fabrication happens in our shop, not on your location.

ROS Wi-Fi BMSComplete burner management in a NEMA 4X enclosure — 10.1" rugged touchscreen sealed in the door, plus local Wi-Fi UI at igniter.local from any phone.
1" ASCO ESD solenoidEmergency shutdown on the main fuel run — positive gas shutoff on lockout.
1/4" Parker pilot solenoidDedicated pilot gas control.
1/4" Parker main solenoidMain burner gas control.
FloPro D2T control valveDiaphragm-operated main gas control.
Regulators & gaugesPilot and main gas regulators — plumbed, set, and pressure-tested in our shop.
Isolation valveManual ball valve for safe service work.
Welded steel standThe whole train arrives plumbed on one frame — set it next to the treater and connect.

Built in days. Swapped in hours.

We build the controller, the gas train, the stand, and the solar package ourselves in Odessa — nobody in the chain is waiting on an OEM lead time. A unit goes from order to ready-to-set in days, and your retrofit goes from a day of field fabrication to a few hours of connections.

Power it your way

Facility power at 12–24 V DC — or no facility power at all. The ROS-built solar + dual-battery package (panel, batteries, charge controller) mounts on the same stand. No trenching, no generator, and since the BMS runs fully offline, no cell service either.

Set your oil temperature, ignition, and flame proving from the 10.1" touchscreen in the door — or from your phone at igniter.local. No laptop, no vendor software, no monthly fee.

Replacing a Platinum 600 or Profire?

The quick-connect unit was designed around the two controllers most common on Permian treaters. Your existing field devices — thermocouple, flame rod, ignition — land on a documented terminal map, and the gas train arrives already built, so the old panel's condition doesn't matter.

Running a Platinum 600?

A direct replacement — same fired equipment, same field devices, modern controller, complete new gas train. Read the full Platinum 600 replacement guide →

Running Profire?

Plug-and-play. The quick-connect lands the same field wiring a Profire install uses — no burner, valve, or sensor replacement required in most swaps. Fleet standardization runs a few hours per unit.

How the swap works

01

Identify

Text a photo of your existing panel and burner to (432) 227-4106. We confirm what you're running and what carries over.

02

Build & test

Plumbed, wired, and pressure-tested in our Odessa shop — a build measured in days, because we build every piece ourselves.

03

Set & connect

The stand sets next to the treater. Connect fuel gas, pilot and main runs, land the thermocouple and flame rod — existing field devices reuse.

04

Light & verify

We commission on-site: prove flame, verify lockout and ESD response, set your oil temperature, and walk your operator through the touchscreen.

Quick-connect questions.

What exactly comes on the stand?

+

Everything between your fuel gas supply and the burner: the ROS Wi-Fi BMS in a NEMA 4X enclosure with a built-in 10.1" touchscreen, a 1" ASCO emergency-shutdown solenoid on the main fuel run, a 1/4" Parker pilot solenoid, a 1/4" Parker main solenoid, a FloPro D2T main burner control valve, pilot and main regulators with gauges, and a manual isolation valve — all plumbed on a welded steel stand and pressure-tested before it leaves our Odessa shop.

How fast can I get one?

+

Days, not weeks. We build the controller, the gas train, and the stand ourselves in Odessa, so there's no OEM lead time anywhere in the chain. Text a photo of your treater's existing panel to (432) 227-4106 and we'll confirm the build spec and give you a real date.

Does it replace a Platinum 600?

+

Yes — it's a direct replacement. Same fired equipment, and your existing field devices (thermocouple, flame rod, ignition) land on a documented terminal map. The gas train arrives already built, so the condition of the old panel doesn't matter.

What about Profire-controlled treaters?

+

Plug-and-play. The quick-connect unit lands the same field wiring a Profire install uses — in most swaps, no burner, valve, or sensor replacement is required. Standardizing a treater fleet runs a few hours per unit.

What if my pad has no power?

+

The unit runs on facility 12–24 V DC, or on a solar + dual-battery power package we design and build in-house — panel, batteries, and charge controller mounted on the same stand. No trenching, no generator, no cell service required.

How is it priced?

+

Every unit is built to order — ignition type, flame proving, power package, and trim options set the price, so we quote each build rather than publish a one-size number. Quotes are same-day: text a photo of your existing panel and burner to (432) 227-4106.
