ROS BMS
Our proprietary burner management system. Built-in 10.1" rugged touchscreen, telemetry outputs (4–20 mA / 1–5 V analog + dry contacts) for SCADA integration, and local Wi-Fi UI — all standard. No portal, no monthly cellular fee. Real 2-year warranty.
Fired Equipment
Heater treaters, line heaters, reboilers, glycol units, and pneumatic-only heater systems. Service, parts, and emergency callouts across the basin.
Combustion Solutions
Burner sizing, flare ignition consultation, BMS audits, and combustion-system design that doesn't leave you with a unit that won't pass inspection.
Thief Hatches
Thief-hatch service, replacement, and pressure-relief setting. Tank-top safety done right so your operator's environmental guys stop calling.
PSV / PRV
Pressure safety and relief valve service: bench testing, calibration, pop-off setting, and on-site replacements. We work with your inspection cycle.
Flare Service
Flare stack igniter repair, flame-out troubleshooting, and burner management on waste-gas and utility flares. We find the root cause instead of swapping parts.
Combustor Service
Ignition, burner management, and combustion troubleshooting on enclosed and utility combustors — so the unit fires clean and passes inspection.
Heater Treater
Burner and igniter repair, ignition, and burner management on oil heater treaters and line heaters. We fix the fired side so it holds temperature.

Do you work on pneumatic-only heater systems?

Yes. We service pneumatic-only heater systems alongside electronic BMS platforms. If your unit is a legacy pneumatic, we'll service it — and if it's past its useful life, we'll tell you straight.
Which BMS platforms do you service?

We service ROS BMS (our proprietary Wi-Fi BMS) plus all major BMS brands in the basin — modern controllers, legacy units, and pneumatic-only systems. If we can't service yours, we'll refer you to a shop we trust.
Do you travel outside the Permian Basin?

Yes — by arrangement. We're based in Odessa, TX and primarily serve the Permian Basin in Texas and New Mexico. For jobs outside the basin, call us and we'll work out the logistics.
Do you do emergency callouts?

Yes. We run 24/7 emergency callouts across the Permian Basin. Call (432) 227-4106 — if we can't answer immediately, we'll call back within the hour.
What's your response time?

Same-day response within ~75 miles of Odessa (Ector, Midland, Andrews, Martin, Howard, Glasscock counties). Next-day within 75–150 miles. Scheduled work beyond that.

Yes. Thief hatch service, replacement, and pressure-relief setting. PSV / PRV bench testing, calibration, pop-off setting, and on-site replacements. We work with your inspection cycle.
What is ROS Wi-Fi BMS?

Our proprietary burner management system. Built-in 10.1" rugged touchscreen sealed inside the enclosure door, built-in telemetry outputs (4–20 mA and 1–5 V analog plus a normally-closed dry-contact pair) for SCADA / remote-monitoring integration, and local Wi-Fi UI at igniter.local — all standard at one price. Configurable from the built-in screen OR from your own phone, laptop, or tablet. Optional add-on radio module available for sites without wiring. Runs completely offline (no cell service or internet required). Real 2-year warranty. Built because the off-the-shelf options didn't cut it for the Permian.
