Everything that fails on a flare pilot, serviced from the ground
Flame-front ignition from grade
A 1" stainless shot tube runs from an ignition tee at ground level to the pilot tip. Spark the tee and a flame front travels the tube to light the pilot — at any stack height, with nobody leaving the ground. Add auto re-light and the BMS fires it the moment the thermocouple sees flame-fail.
A thermocouple that actually lasts
The sensor rides inside a closed heavy-wall 310 stainless thermowell, reading the anchored flame root inside the wind shroud. It never touches flame, weather, or spark — roughly 5x the life of a bare element — and it swaps from grade too.
A tip that changes like a spark plug
The burner face is a screw-on 310 stainless cartridge. When it finally wears, it spins off and a fresh one spins on — no cutting, no re-welding, no buying a whole new pilot.
