Fixed and retractable flare pilots.

Pilot service for fixed pilots and 60 ft–120 ft retractable pilots, plus a BMS test, across Midland, Odessa, and the Permian Basin.

We service flare pilots as part of flare ignition work: the pilot, the igniter, and the flame-proving circuit that tells the controller the pilot is actually lit. This page covers fixed pilots and retractable pilots from 60 ft to 120 ft, and it includes a burner management system test on that visit. Continuous pilots, electronic igniters, thermocouple or flame-rod proving, and wind, fuel-gas, or a fouled tip are the problems we already chase on flares. The interactive demo is linked below. What you're paying for.

No surprise line items. Here's exactly what's in scope.

  • Fixed flare pilot service
  • Retractable flare pilots from 60 ft to 120 ft
  • Burner management system test on the pilot visit
  • Igniter and flame-proving checks (thermocouple or flame rod)
  • Spark, HEI, and glow-plug ignition where that is what the stack uses

Our process.

01

Call

Tell us fixed or retractable, the stack height if it is retractable, and whether the pilot is out or nuisance-tripping. Call (432) 227-4106.

02

Diagnose

Tech reads the alarm history and checks the pilot, igniter, and proving circuit before swapping parts.

03

BMS test

We test the burner management system on the same visit. Larger repairs get a written quote before parts are ordered.

04

Document

Photos and a same-day PDF through EndureOps. For retractable pilots, ignition-coil placement is covered in the BMS manual.

Common questions.

Do you service retractable pilots?

+

Yes. Fixed pilots, and retractable pilots from 60 ft to 120 ft. The BMS manual covers mounting the ignition coil on a retractable pilot carriage so the high-voltage lead does not run the full stack.

Is a BMS test part of the visit?

+

Yes. The pilot visit includes a burner management system test. Flare ignition and controller work also live on the flare service page.

Where is the pilot demo?

+

The interactive demo is at /pilot-demo. It compares a conventional pilot with the ROS stationary pilot. This service page does not list a price.

How fast can you get to a pilot that is out?

+

Same-day within about 75 miles of Midland, and emergency callouts run 24/7, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Call (432) 227-4106.
